The Tool: Availability Heuristic We reference our own memories a lot. We often to do when proving our point or emphasizing a perspective we think is important. And when data is pulled into the discussion, data that sits in our own available memory, we can unintentionally mislead others with unsupported information. In this short video I explain the psychological concept of the availability heuristic as a way of enhancing our communication and leadership depth.
