How It Works
If you know you’re capable of more, and unsure how to get there, executive coaching is for you. If you are also a disciple of Jesus and want to align your journey with God’s will, Christian Executive Coaching is the place to start.
We meet for one-hour video sessions and focus on your short and long-term goals. Coaching is not advice, therapy, mentoring or counseling. It is a unique process of asking questions instead of telling answers. And I anchor it on the profound truth in God’s Word.
Most of the answers are already within you. I remove the blockers that keep you from seeing the path forward. As I do, you will have one epiphany after another, culminating in the transformation God promises in Romans 12:2.

Tandem Coaching
Two professionals in similar stages, share coaching, investment, & accountability for accelerated long-term growth.
How It Works
Tandem Coaching pairs two Christian professionals at similar stages, (a colleague, friend, or fellow entrepreneur) the way divers have a dive buddy, rock climbers have a belay partner and cyclists have a draft rider.
There's a reason Jesus, in Luke 10:1, sent the 70 in twos. Pairs push each other further, hold each other accountable, and turn what they learn into action faster.
You'll share the same coaching session, tools, insights, breakthroughs, and yes, financial investment. Between sessions, your partner becomes your sharpening stone (Pro 27:17), to continue growth after the session ends.

How It Works
First and foremost, this is 100% FREE for you and your church. I cover all travel costs and will not accept any form of compensation. Next, you will be my sponsor within your church. You can download the attached guide detailing what I provide when I’m with your congregation. And when I travel to you, we will meet for our own one-on-one coaching session, pro bono, as a thank you for making the connection happen. Here are the steps:
Review Brochure

Engage Pastor
You share the brochure material with your church leader, and explain your interest in having me in.
Introduce Me
You introduce me by to your pastor. I will arrange a conference call with him and answer all questions & schedule event.
Hold Event
I travel to you and hold the interactive workshop. Your fellow members gain life-changing insights for their faith & career.
