My Life
Philosophy
With the same energy I use to engage as an executive coach, I focus on enjoying life, moment to moment. I strive to not take myself too seriously, while holding a measure of gravitas. I believe most of life situations have an element of humor and that it’s possible to be joyful always, even in the tough times. I believe laughter, love and suffering are siblings where a balanced life has all three. When we embrace each, we have life to the full in Christ.

After two submarine tours in Desert Storm, I graduated UCONN with a B.S. in Marketing Statistics. My first role was National Account Manager at the high-tech division of Manpower Inc., a Fortune 50 staffing company. After five years I went to Johnson Controls selling healthcare building-automation systems. I would soon transition to GE Healthcare, to my longtime love of project management. I worked for 11 years, the last six as an executive, where I was introduced to my own executive coach. I knew this was my calling. I entered an ICF coach training program and was certified in 2011. I founded Motivationeer® in 2012. Meanwhile, I worked for two years as PS Global Ops Manager with AVID Technologies. My final corporate role was at HID Global, running North America Professional Services. I stepped away in 2016 and devoted my life to help Christian professionals realize their greatest potential while growing in their Christian faith.
