The Unhurried Business Owner
You found it! A Christian Business Owner’s Guide to Accelerated & Automated Business Growth
None of us started a business to become its most exhausted employee.
But that’s where we end up. And it’s almost always just one revenue stream and constant selling. The next client always one phone call away, and the call always has to be ours. We land the big deal, we celebrate, and by Monday the backlog is dry.
There’s a better way to grow. It isn’t the way the world does it.
Ten lessons to describe one complete system.
A business that keeps working when we step away from the desk.
And it begins where Jabez began:

God grants the increase. Our job is to build something worth increasing.

This course is about becoming the kind of leader whose counsel, character, and clarity multiply success through others.
Over 10 classes, you’ll assemble and learn the complete toolkit for leading a high-performance team, top to bottom, that leverages your star performers while enhancing those who do just enough to get by, with the ultimate goal of self-governing high-performance.

And you’ll learn this session by session, principle by principle, until high performance isn’t something you chase. It’s who you are.
Each lesson contains a training VIDEO, downloadable NOTES pages in a slide-by-slide format, HANDOUTS to accompany the learning insights and ACTIVTITES (on some lessons) you can pracrtice to deepend retention of the matieral. Each lesson will end with a quiz and the entire course will end with a final exam.
By the end of this course, you won’t just manage a team. You’ll inpsire a team worth leading.
