My Life
Philosophy
With the same energy I use to engage as an executive coach, I focus on enjoying life, moment to moment. I strive to not take myself too seriously, while holding a measure of gravitas. I believe most of life situations have an element of humor and that it’s possible to be joyful always, even in the tough times. I believe laughter, love and suffering are siblings where a balanced life has all three. When we embrace each, we have life to the full in Christ.

My Professional Credentials
After two submarine tours in the Desert Storm theater, I went to UCONN and graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing Statistics. My first major role was National Account Manager at Manpower Professional, the high-tech division of Manpower Inc., a Fortune 52 company. I moved to Johnson Controls to sell building automation systems to hospitals, which allowed me to eventually transition to GE Healthcare and into my longtime fascination with project management. I spent the last six of an 11-year stint there as an executive before moving to AVID Technologies as the PS Global Operations Manager. My final corporate role was with HID Global running North America Professional Services. I realized my true passion was professional coaching which led me to my ICF certification and final step of founding Motivationeer Christian Coaching in 2012.
