The Seven Disciplines

Behind each of the following panels is a collection of videos that have been intentionally classified into one of seven core disciplines. This framework serves as a system to help you quickly identify the primary lens through which each video is delivered. The goal is to help you navigate the content strategically and focus on the dimension of growth that matters most to you, each time you return.

Aspirational

This discipline focuses on vision, calling, and long-term direction. The videos help clarify what you are building, why it matters, and how your work aligns with a higher purpose. It’s about lifting your aim so your daily actions serve a compelling future.

Functional

This discipline strengthens execution, as in planning, prioritization, systems, productivity, and operational excellence. The videos equip you with practical insights so you can turn vision into measurable results.

Mental

This discipline directly addresses how you think, especially within an emotional intelligence framework. It approaches your beliefs, assumptions, emotional regulation, and decision making as a mindset. Cognitive discipline is key and your internal narratives will either accelerate or sabotage your leadership.

Numerical

This discipline focuses on financial literacy, metrics, data interpretation, and results tracking. It ensures that your leadership is grounded not only in inspiration, but in measurable performance that is predictable and repeatable.

Physical

This discipline addresses those areas that affect us physiologically. It includes things we eat, how much we sleep, how many hours we devote to work, and much more. It recognizes that sustained leadership effectiveness requires strength, endurance, and stewardship of the body God has given you.

Relational

The videos in this discipline focus on how to build influence. Anything that does or could possibly affect those relationships we hold at work is addressed here. Communication, trust, and conflict navigation to help sharpen your ability to lead people with both conviction and empathy.

Spiritual

This discipline integrates biblical conviction with marketplace leadership. It helps you operate with integrity, courage, and faithfulness while honoring Christ in competitive environments.
