As you identify potential risks, describe each one clearly by stating the circumstance that, if it occurs, could affect the outcome of your project or situation.
When rating Probability, assign a score from 1 to 5 based on all available information, where 1 represents the lowest likelihood and 5 represents the highest. When rating Impact, assign a score from 1 to 5 based on your experience with similar situations, where 1 indicates minimal impact and 5 indicates severe impact. Your Risk Score will calculate automatically.
Develop each Mitigation Plan using the S.M.A.R.T. goal-setting framework so that every action is Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-Bound.
